Dr. Mohammad Aizat is a halal industry expert who focuses on Shariah issues in the halal industry, Malaysian halal certification requirements, internal halal audit and halal consultancy. He has done numerous research on halal and its related matters, and often presents his works in local and international conferences.
He is currently a lecturer and Head of Halal Audit and Certification for the International Institute for Halal Research and Training (INHART) at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
